New: MT Series
Wherever a large number of people are catered for, they’re in their element: the MT Series flight-type and rack conveyor dishwashers. These products were successfully launched in 2005. Now, the time has come to introduce the next generation. This generation has what it takes: It’s more powerful, more innovative and more digital – and it introduces something that is not found in any other conveyor dishwasher on the market. New: DMX drying device
Food and drinks in plastic reusables. In cups and bowls. On compartmental trays, in burger boxes and ice cream cups. Many foodservice enterprises already use sustainable reusable solutions and rely on the proven reusable plastics warewashing system from Winterhalter. But what if there is no time or space to air dry after washing? No problem: Simply push the rack into the DMX drying device after washing. In just two minutes, the entire film of water has dried off and the reusables can be stacked and stored immediately. Glasswashing
Glasses are the business card of any foodservice establishment. But glasswashing is full of challenges. Winterhalter addressed this issue at a very early stage: We developed a warewasher designed especially for glasses to solve a problem faced by foodservice enterprises all over the world as long ago as 1969. Our latest generation of UC glasswashers is the result of all the knowledge, experience and competence we have gained over the years. In line with the motto “The Home of Glasswashing”, we will present our system solution consisting of machine, water treatment, chemicals and rack in detail at our exhibition stand and show you how glasses come out of the machine washed to perfection!
