THERMO OPTION

Winterhalter’s Thermo option means you can specify the wash temperature to ensure all your dishes, glasses and cutlery are disinfected, as well as being hygienically clean. The machines record HACCP data and hold it for 12 months, so it can be checked, audited and scrutinised easily, for compliance with hygiene and infection control requirements.

Our chemicals are designed to be safe to handle and, working in conjunction with our machines, deliver the best possible results.

 

Winterhalter offers free online resources, including ‘how to’ videos, and, for care homes taking out a Winterhalter service package, regular training and advice by our expert technicians. 

 

Not sure if you have space for a big enough dishwasher? Winterhalter has a comprehensive range, from compact undercounters to high volume conveyor systems – and all can be supplied with the Thermo feature. Our CTR compact conveyor system is popular with care homes, because it can handle high volumes and can be configured to fit into small spaces.
