AI-Wash EcoPilot
There are peak times when the kitchen can barely keep up. And there are quiet periods. Wouldn't it be great if you could adjust the washing operation to these fluctuations in workload to optimise it? This is exactly what Winterhalter has now achieved with the help of artificial intelligence: patterns can be identified through the analysis of the washing operation. And the EcoPilot uses this knowledge: during peak times, it automatically switches the machine into the short programme, and during quiet times into the economical ECO programme – which reduces energy consumption by up to 17%.

Remote Services
The top 10 demands for warewashing include: high operating safety, rapid assistance in emergencies and minimum service costs. That is why we have developed our Remote Services. CONNECTED WASH and a warewasher that is connected to the internet provide the necessary requirements for this: our experts can access your machine remotely. This has now evolved into services with clear added value: if problems arise, just give us a call and we can identify the cause of the fault and provide immediate assistance without time-consuming travel. Or we can identify the spare parts that the service technician needs for his site visit.

EasyAccess
How can we make working with a warewasher as easy as possible for our customers? Ideally, everything should run smoothly. There shouldn't be any problems or questions. Any questions that do arise should be answered quickly. EasyAccess makes it possible: simply scan the QR code on the machine and you'll have access to useful self-services. Here, amongst others, you'll find the digital operating instructions for the machine with all the important information, you can watch short explanatory videos on specific tasks, or reorder the right chemicals with just a few clicks.
