THE NEW WINTERHALTER ONLINE WORLD: CLEAR. SIMPLE. CUSTOMER-ORIENTED.
The Winterhalter online world is now available with new functionalities and a new design. Above all, however, it offers new content: The pages were developed especially with end customers in mind. It thus no longer focuses only on the different products and their advantages, but also on real practical examples. These illustrate the needs and requirements of everyday professional life. Customers can use it to navigate reliably and quickly to their personal warewashing solution. Restaurateurs can get up-to-date information about Winterhalter in the 'Newsroom'.
“The essential challenge for our website relaunch was to revise the extreme range of our product portfolio in order to achieve a reduced, comprehensible and thus intuitive user guidance. And to do so with state-of-the-art web optics as well as optimised for a wide variety of devices,” explains International Marketing Manager Thomas Böhme. That is why, under the menu item “Industries”, the centre of the new Winterhalter online world now features real application cases with their very own everyday warewashing challenges. Moritz Hainmüller, International Marketing Manager Digital Communications at Winterhalter: “We can thus help our customers where the “shoe pinches”. For example, if a bar owner is looking for glass washing, he or she can look under the new heading “Bar” to find a colleague who has exactly the same washing requirements: limited space due to the narrow counter area, different types of glasses with different levels of soiling. And the same desire: brilliant glasses without additional polishing for the perfect drink.” If you would like to find out more, you can take a look at the relevant use cases explaining what makes the warewashing specialist Winterhalter the perfect partner, with its comprehensive system of machine, chemicals, water treatment and racks. In addition to the menu item “Industries”, the online world of course still offers the proven navigation item “Products” for a direct search.
The “Services” section has also been redesigned. This helps customers find fast help in case they require servicing or want to learn about individual financing and maintenance options as well as the optimisation of washing processes.
