LOCATION

The Nieuw Schaijk restaurant is tucked away in the heart of the Dutch countryside. The original restaurant was destroyed by a serious fire in May 2022, then rebuilt and reopened in March 2024. Seating around 200 diners, the restaurant is based on a concept with six different rooms. Larger groups can retreat undisturbed to these rooms for private parties, meetings or dinner. The furnishings are modern, the colours bright and the overall ambience exudes a cosy living room atmosphere. A bar with visible beer casks and a glass ceiling is located in the cellar.

Guests at the Nieuw Schaijk restaurant can dine at lunchtime or dinner. A popular option is the three-course menu, in which guests can select and combine different starters, main courses and desserts. There is also a senior citizens' menu, a seasonal menu and special offers for groups. Italian gelato is produced in the restaurant’s own ice cream shop. Johan Tielemans and his team aim to transform the mundane into something special at the Nieuw Schaijk: "We want to create a place where people can come together, share stories and experience unforgettable moments!"
