Describing the compact MT rack machine in the kitchen as his workhorse, Phil says, “We push it to the limit, using it 20 plus hours at a time. It cleans all the dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, staff dining, banquets and events…. even on a quiet day it’ll wash five or six thousand pieces, and they all come out spotlessly clean, ready to go.”
The Edition also has twelve UCM Energy glasswashers, connected to RoMatik reverse osmosis systems.
