Training for the future, not just today
‘What’s going wrong’ training: most machine failures come as a result of not following manufacturer guidelines. Our Winterhalter technicians will always analyse the machine’s operation and, in many cases, will be able to see where things are going wrong in terms of day-to-day operation. They will then give staff training, on the spot, so that the avoidable call-outs (and associated costs) can be eradicated.
Ongoing training and advice: as well as ad-hoc training, our service technicians and customer support teams will work with you to ensure that all staff are up to speed when it comes to operating and looking after the warewashers’ day to day needs.

Connected Wash empowers you to monitor the performance of your machine through an easy-to-use app or online portal. The portal can warn you of any issues before they arise or highlight staff training needs, even across a number of machines. You can even decide who uses it, effectively outsourcing the management of your machines.
