HOST 2025: ‘DON’T WORRY, JUST WASH’

Winterhalter’s new connected services make dishwashing easier, safer and economical

Stands D11, D21, E12 & E22, Pavilion 5, Host 2025, 17-21 October, Fieramilano, Italy

Winterhalter is launching a range of digital services at Host 2025 that will make dishwashing simpler, safer and more economical.  ‘Don’t worry, just wash’ is the theme of the stand and, with EasyAccess, Remote Services and EcoPilot, the company is aiming to offer customers maximum operational reliability and make the future of warewashing easier than ever.  Winterhalter will also be showing its full range of warewashers, from compact undercounters, through passthrough machines and utensil washers, right up to high volume conveyor systems.

In high pressure kitchens, when there’s an issue people need solutions fast.  That’s why Winterhalter developed EasyAccess – by simply scanning the QR code on the machine, users gain instant access to resources such as digital operating instructions and explanatory videos, specifically for the machine in question, in the local language. Information about consumables like rinse aid is also stored and can be reordered quickly and easily with just a few clicks.

With the new Remote Services, Winterhalter offers customers even greater operational reliability, faster assistance in emergencies and lower service costs. The dishwasher is connected to the internet, using the Connected Wash platform, allowing Winterhalter experts to access it remotely.  Faults or error messages can be analysed immediately, without time-consuming travel, and many problems can be solved directly, eliminating unnecessary service calls. If a technician does need to be on site, they are well prepared, thanks to Remote Service’s precise diagnosis, which means they have the right spare parts for a first time fix.

EcoPilot uses artificial intelligence to adapt to the peaks and troughs of a business’s working day, adjusting washing processes automatically to match the site’s needs.  It analyses washing behaviour, recognising patterns and making predictions: during peak times it switches to a time-saving short programme, and in quiet periods it uses resource-saving eco programmes. This reduces energy consumption by up to 17%, while also cutting CO₂ emissions and conserving valuable resources.

At Host visitors will be able to see how Winterhalter combines proven washing systems with innovative services, true to the motto: ‘Don't worry, just wash.’ Florian Kunkel, head of sales at the Winterhalter Group, says, “We don't just want to develop the best washing technology on the market. We want our customers to be able to sit back and relax when it comes to warewashing, because they know everything will run smoothly and they’ll get the best possible wash results.”
