Would you like maximum flexibility when washing dishes? The optional double rack system in the PT Series makes this possible: you can wash on two levels with just one wash cycle. A special cup-holding rack can be combined with a 500x500 mm plate rack made of plastic coated wire. This doubles your washing capacity every wash cycle and cuts your operating costs.

Sparkling glasses. Gleaming dishes. Shiny cutlery. Or all of these together. The PT can be adapted precisely to the wash items you use and the types of soiling involved. Each of the three machine sizes is available in four different variants: as a glass, dish, cutlery or bistro washer. Each of these has up to three standard programmes as well as other individual setting options.

The PT Series is available in three different sizes: M, L and XL. You can therefore choose the machine size that fits best with the space available to you and your wash items. You will find the precise dimensions of the individual models in the PT Series brochure .

Double the power: with the PT Series you have the option to connect two machines together. The »TwinSet« offers several advantages. At peak times, your washing capacity is doubled and you can cope with large volumes of dishes. Dishes can also be washed separately by type. This delivers optimal wash results. And when the volume of dishes falls again, you can save on costs by operating just one machine.

A powerful duo: in addition to the rinse aid dosing device that is fitted as standard, the PT is available with an additional detergent dosing device as an option. The advantage: dosing of the detergent is matched perfectly to the items being washed and how dirty they are. This ensures the perfect wash result and avoids unnecessary costs because of overdosage.

The PT Series is available with an integrated softener as an option: this is built into the machine to save space and provides continuous soft water using the principle of ion exchange. Detergent and rinse aid work most effectively and deliver better wash results in soft water. At the same time, limescale deposits in the machine are reduced and the long-term damage associated with limescale is avoided.

No streaks. Fast drying. Brilliant shine. A rinse aid offers plenty of advantages – if the dosing is right. The PT Series takes care of this automatically for you: the space-saving, integrated rinse aid dosing device ensures exact dosing that is as economical as possible. Delivering the perfect rinsing and drying results.

Commercial warewashing is always individual: requirements, applications and standards are different in every case. That’s why the PT also offers you a whole range of special programmes. There’s an intensive programme for stubborn dirt, for example. The ECO programme can be used for particularly economical operation and the Silence programme can be selected for an extra quiet cycle. There are also descaling and self-cleaning programmes. And if that’s not enough, you can configure your very own special programmes. Your PT can adapt to anything.

In a commercial kitchen, numerous electrical appliances are in use at the same time. As an option, the machines in the PT Series are available with a DIN 18875 interface, which allows them to be integrated conveniently into energy management systems. Individual electrical consumers can thus be controlled individually to avoid peak loads.

The heart of the PT Series: inside the machine, two elliptical wash fields at the top and bottom deliver optimal washing quality. These are the result of many years of development, and their shape as well as the specific geometry of the jets provide maximum coverage and washing power.

It's always best to err on the side of caution: a press of the PT's touch screen is enough to see exactly what the current status of the tank and boiler temperatures. This enables you to monitor the temperature quickly and easily, secure in the knowledge that hygiene is guaranteed throughout the wash cycle. Hygienic cleaning starts from a temperature of 60 °C.

An optional equipment detail: the PT is available with a hood that opens automatically at the end of the wash cycle. This offers several advantages: the wash items dry faster, cool down faster and can be reused faster. All this eases the burden on your dishwashing staff. And you notice immediately when the wash cycle has finished.

Would you like to ensure that your PT is ready to use as quickly as possible? Increased boiler heating, which is available as an option, makes this possible: the additional heating power delivers significantly shorter warm-up times and means that the machine is ready to use quickly, even with cold inlet water. This is a particular advantage at peak times and when you start up the PT.

The PT Series has a carefully thought out approach for perfect hygiene and convenient cleaning. The interior of the machine is smooth and has no joints. There is a special hygienic rack guide. The tank is deep-drawn and has a hygienic heating element. All this means: there are no hiding places or concealed corners in the interior in which dirt can accumulate or deposits can form. In conjunction with the integrated self-cleaning programme, the cleaning work required by your staff is therefore kept to a minimum. A neat solution.

Rinsing is crucial to achieve perfectly hygienic wash results. But only if the rinsing temperature is right. The PT Series monitors itself: the Thermostopp does not allow the rinsing process to begin until the temperature in the boiler has reached a specific value.

At the end of a working day: The PT has a guided self-cleaning programme, to ensure the machine works perfectly for many years. Fully automatic cleaning of the interior of the machine is started using the touch screen. User-friendly pictograms on the display then guide you through the subsequent manual cleaning stages. The drain pump takes any residual water out of the machine and prevents deposits or odours.

The »Cool« cold water rinse is available as an option specifically for glasswashers in the PT Series: rinsing with cold water means that your glasses are cool when the wash cycle is complete and can be used straight away. This also ensures that chilled drinks are always served cold. And the head on your beer will not deteriorate, because the glass will be cold. What’s more, you won’t waste any time waiting for your glasses to cool. When you open the machine, hardly any steam escapes.

Where is pre-rinsing carried out and where are the clean dishes placed? Where are the containers for detergent and rinse aid stored? Is there enough storage space? Winterhalter offers a variety of inlet tables and drain tops for the PT Series. You can therefore make the most of the available space, adapt the equipment to your circumstances and work processes and create the right conditions for ergonomic working.

A machine must be easy to operate. The PT Series rack passthrough also impresses: thanks to the ergonomically shaped handles, the hood is easy, convenient and safe to open and close.

This is what separates a warewasher from a warewashing solution: the PT Series fits flexibly into the available space at your premises and can be installed in various ways. The tables for the single machine and the »TwinSet« can either be installed next to one another or in a corner to save space. In addition, you can vary the direction of flow.
